Or they have regained any weight, plus more, that they had lost. This program is not a “diet” but a way of becoming in tune with your body and giving it what it wants and needs to be healthier.

Health coaching is a process that involves one-on-one sessions focused on empowering you to take charge of your health and well-being. A certified health coach works with clients to identify their health goals and develop a personalized plan to achieve those goals. Through education, motivation, and accountability, health coaches help clients make sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to improved health outcomes. Health coaching can cover a wide range of topics, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and chronic disease management.

There have been times when I have felt the need for this myself. Life has a way of throwing unexpected challenges at us and being a “foodie” at heart, I have struggled with managing my stress levels in the past. The idea is to take control of your life, and instead of stressing about food being on your priority list, it should be on a completely different list – one for survival. Comfort can come in many different forms and it is important to explore them. That’s why I’m here with you.
