I have completed the Health Coaching and Life Coaching certificates from the Health Coach Institute, as well as the CIJ Clarity Catalyst for Coaching and Positive Intelligence Coaching Grant Program. I have also enrolled in Positive Intelligence Coach Membership.

HONESTY.

Honesty is a crucial element of coaching. As a coach, it’s essential to be truthful with my clients, but it’s equally important to do so in a way that respects their values, beliefs, and feelings. Being honest can be difficult for some people since it requires vulnerability, which can be scary. However, I believe that by creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients, they will feel more comfortable being open and honest with me, and we can work together toward achieving their goals.

INTEGRITY.

I believe that doing the right thing at all times is crucial, especially when working with new clients. It’s my top priority to uphold high moral and ethical standards in all interactions. This not only helps build trust and rapport but also ensures that you receive the best possible guidance and advice. I have a zero-tolerance policy for anything less than the highest standards in my program.

PATIENCE.

Progress (no matter the feat) is still progress. In today’s society, we are often bombarded with quick fixes that do not honor the importance of taking the time for certain things to be effective and long-lasting. That’s why I want to take a moment to honor and acknowledge everyone who has taken the time to visit this website. MY STORY AND EDUCATION

In 2021, I embarked on a journey to become a Life and Health Coach. My motivation for this career change was to spend more time with my retired husband. However, when I tried to seek guidance from a Life Coach in Pensacola, it didn’t work out. Unfortunately, my life took a tragic turn in September 2021 when my husband passed away. In the process of dealing with my grief and rebuilding my life, I became more self-aware and rediscovered my passion for Life Coaching. I enrolled in the Health Coach Institute and underwent a year of coaching, being coached, and learning about coaching. This helped me return to my previous job, start a business, and find a new fulfilling career. I now live a joyful and purposeful life.

12-Week Mindful Coaching

Mindfully Healthy’s 12-week comprehensive and intensive coaching program is designed to help you make lasting habit changes. With our team by your side, we will work together to create a personalized plan that fits your unique needs and goals. Our program includes weekly 1-hour intensive sessions, during which you’ll receive expert guidance and support. In addition, we’ll provide consistent follow-up messages throughout the week to help keep you on track and motivated. By the end of the 12-week program, you’ll have the tools and knowledge you need to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle for years to come.

A La Carte

Not ready for a 12 week program but want to work on yourself, consider individual sessions. You will receive the same individual coaching as the 12 week program without the commitment.Â
