Shape A New Life Today

If you're interested in signing up for any of the lifestyle and health coaching programs, the first step is to attend an opening session.

This is a free session that’s designed to help us determine if we’re a good fit to work together. During the session, we’ll explore what brought you to seek a life coach, whether you have any experience with coaching, and what you’re hoping to achieve. We’ll also discuss the program and expectations, and look at ways you can start working towards your goals (even if we don’t end up working together). The complementary opening session does not count toward your coaching program time.

12-Week Mindful Coaching Program

$1200

The 12-week course is designed to help you create lasting habit change without requiring you to make drastic changes to your life. The program includes weekly sessions, reminders to practice the skills we are working on that week, and educational information and handouts.

  • In the initial session of our 12-week program, we will identify the area you want to work on and set specific goals. We will also establish anchors that will remind you of your motivation for achieving these goals and link them to a positive emotional state.

 

  • Over 10 weeks, we will systematically build small, easy-to-accomplish steps that will help you achieve your goal. You will always choose the steps, sometimes with my insight or ideas.

*Lifestyle, Habits, and Choices:

*The Health Aspect of the Program: Firstly, we identify your health goals and discuss what has or has not worked in the past. 1) Analyzing current health routines. 2) Paying particular attention to the types of foods consumed. 3) Identifying the ones that result in feeling physically well. We will also work on determining the optimal time for eating. If clients face any obstacles in following a healthy eating or exercise plan, we identify them and work on developing plans and actionable steps to help them overcome these hurdles. Finally, we make sure that the plans and action steps we come up with are tailored to the client’s needs and help them achieve their health goals in the long term.

 

  • During our last session, we celebrate how far you have come and plan for your future. As your coach, my role is to walk beside you, provide encouragement, challenge areas that are no longer serving you, and be a source of support and unconditional regard. There is ample evidence supporting the role of outside support when working on our set goals. Allow me to be that outside support for you.

As Needed Program

$75

Mindfully Healthy is now offering one-off coaching services. It’s perfect for those who don’t want to commit to a long-term program but still want to prioritize their health and wellness. Sometimes life gets in the way and it’s hard to stick to a scheduled routine.

  • In the initial introductory session, we will identify the area you want to work on and set specific goals. We will also establish anchors that will remind you of your motivation for achieving these goals and link them to a positive emotional state. The first session is always complimentary. 

 

  • With Mindfully Healthy’s one-off coaching services, you can get the support and guidance you need, without the pressure of a long-term commitment. It’s a flexible and personalized approach to wellness that puts you in control of your own journey.

 

  • You can pay as you go, knowing you will still get the same hands-on coaching experience whenever you decide you need a little guidance or boost in your life.
