12-Week Mindful Coaching
Mindfully Healthy’s 12-week comprehensive and intensive coaching program is designed to help you make lasting habit changes. With our team by your side, we will work together to create a personalized plan that fits your unique needs and goals. Our program includes weekly 1-hour intensive sessions, during which you’ll receive expert guidance and support. In addition, we’ll provide consistent follow-up messages throughout the week to help keep you on track and motivated. By the end of the 12-week program, you’ll have the tools and knowledge you need to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle for years to come.
A La Carte
Not ready to sign up for a 12 week program but want to work on yourself, look into individual sessions. You will get the same individualized coaching as the 12 week program without the commitment.Â
